Biography

Davide Ottavio Apollo graduated in law from the Milan University in 1988. In 1989 he joined Alemani e Bocchiola, one of the top law firms specialised in company law in Italy. He was called to both the Milan Bar Association and to the International Bar Association in 1992.

Davide Apollo opened his own law firm two years later, specialising in company, commercial and bankruptcy law. In 1999, he became Real Estate Managing Partner of the law firm NCTM. In 2005 he opened the law firm Studio Legale Apollo & Associati which, in 2008, was incorporated into the international law firm DLA Piper and where Davide Apollo became an Equity Partner and head of the real estate practice for the Italian market.

Davide Apollo re-opened Studio Legale Apollo & Associati in 2012, one of the top law firms in the real estate sector in Italy today. The firm is mainly involved in real estate investment and divestment transactions, the establishment of real estate funds and the associated regulatory activities. The firm also advises on banking, finance, leasing and debt restructuring matters. Studio Legale Apollo & Associati also offers advisory in company and bankruptcy law and in M&As.

Davide Apollo is frequently invited to speak at conferences and to lecture on the real estate sector at round tables.
